If you didn't get your banner/ blinkie / preview within 3-7 days, it's also impossible, it's means that I had sent it to you and you didn't get it. Because if I am late because of some problem I will email you personally to inform, so please send me email again or PM me.
PS: Preview is usually faster depend on designer's needs.
